The Continuous Motion Single Bottle Carrier Applicator automatically applies Single Bottle Carriers to gallon bottles and can be directly integrated into any conveyor line.

The Single Bottle Carrier Applicator is a free-standing unit designed to be mounted over the customer's bottle manufacturing line. The applicator applies carriers to empty bottles at speeds of 140 bottles per minute and can apply to either empty or full bottles.Welded stacks of single carriers are placed on a single lane infeed conveyor approximately 4 ft. in length.

The carriers are transferred from this conveyor to the carrier infeed magazine. Individual carriers are sheared from the stack in the feeder magazine and fed to the applicator wheel. The applicator wheel mechanically opens the carrier ring and the places a carrier over the bottle cap ring. Completed bottles are then fed back on to the customer's bottle conveyor.
