  
The Manual Single Bottle Carrier Applicator is a compact, economical solution that provides for easy application of our Single Bottle Carriers to gallon bottles. The Manual Single Bottle Carrier is a free-standing, foot pedal operated unit used to "coin" single bottle carriers. Coining the carrier stretches the center opening slightly so that the carrier can be applied over the bottle neck with ease. Carriers, which are supplied in a welded stack form, are loaded into the carrier magazine. When the foot pedal is pressed down, a single carrier is stripped from the welded stack and mechanically "coined" to add a taper to the inside circumference of the carrier opening. The operator can then manually apply the carrier over the blow molded bottle neck opening.
