Q: How long does it take to receive a quotation? A: Typically two days at the most. Q: How long does it take to receive a sample? A: Standard product samples take 48 hours, custom made samples can take up to two weeks. Q: How long for actual production? A: This depends on the proesss and quantity. Typical orders require 2 weeks for production. Q: How long does it take to deliver to North America? A: 3 1/2 weeks by sea Q: What types of "clear plastic sheets" are available? A: PVC, PET and PP. (PET & PP are environmentally friendly materials) Q: What is the range of thickness of the plastic sheets? A: Normally from 0.009" (0.22mm) to 0.020" (0.50mm) thick. Q: What would affect the unit price calculation? A: Quantity, box styles, type and thickness of plastic sheets, complexity, numbers of color printing etc. Q: What is the production and delivery time? A: Approx. 2-3 weeks, (from the date of sample approval), depending on products' complexity, production seasons, quantity, etc. Q: Can the packaging be exported? A: Yes, basically anywhere in Europe, the USA or Canada and the Middle East. Q: What is the minimum order for overseas customers? A: Approx. USD 1,500.- or above per order. Q: Are there any charges for "Form A" preparation? A: No charge for orders valued at USD 3,000.- or above. Otherwise, USD 50 will be charged for each "Form A". Q: Do we provide "tailor-made designs"? A: In general, we design the "box construction" in conjunction with our customers specific requirements, while our customers prefer to provide their own artwork design. If necessary at customer's request, we will hire "external professional design houses" to carry out artwork design and invoice our customer accordingly. Q: How to supply the artwork design? A: Normally by "FTP server, computer disk or actual color separation film, etc". Q: What is the packaging method for delivery? A: Flat-packed (i.e. collapsible) with shrinkage films, which is room-saving and cost-effective. Q: Are there any "molding / tooling" charges? A: Generally speaking, no additional "molding / tooling" charges are required for folding boxes. Tooling charges are required for blister products. The exact amount depends on the size and complexity of the products (generally from USD 200). Q: Could "molding / tooling and sampling" charges be refunded? A: These charges, under normal circumstances, will be "half or fully refunded" if the customers place the order up to USD 3,000.- or above. Q: Does we sell any raw materials or stock of packaging? A: No.
